- Find a quiet and comfortable place to meditate.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
- Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose, and then exhale through your mouth.
- Continue to focus on your breath and try to clear your mind of any thoughts.
- If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
- Maintain this focus on your breath for at least 5-10 minutes, or longer if desired.
- When you're ready to end your meditation, slowly open your eyes and take a few deep breaths before standing up.
